My obsession with Fiber Arts started with sewing, transformed into needle felting, and has now been drawn into crochet. I feel like there has been a time in many crafty people’s lives when they think of getting into one of the two: Knitting or Crochet. I find the possibility of making unique objects and toys really interesting, and so gravitated more towards crochet.

Amigurumi was the driving goal for me. I wanted to be able to crochet animals and toys that were cute, soft, and lovable. Kits and tutorials are everywhere now, so it was easy enough to grab myself a whale-making kit, and then I was hooked (pun intended).
